I wish I had their confidence!!! I hate when people assume these women are not healthy just because they are overweight. I am 5’6” and weigh 185. I’m considered overweight. I run around 4 miles three times a week and still weigh 185. I’m not winded and don’t have high blood pressure or high cholesterol. I can do everything that I could possibly want without difficulty. People need to stop judging and body shaming by hiding behind being “concerned for their health”. You are not concerned for their health, you just don’t want to see big women being comfortable in their own skin! And I feel sorry for you!
