First and foremost, you have to love your own. Children are little sponge mirrors. Whatever you do, they do. Whatever things you say about your body, they'll say about theirs. They literally learn how to be a person from you. Love your bodies and that's what they'll learn.

My mother had three kids, a daughter, a son, a daughter in that order. My aunt (who is younger that my mom) had three kids, a daughter, a son, a daughter in that order. All four girls are left handed. My aunts eldest is 8 months and 8 days younger that my moms youngest (me).
