Americans Tried To Label Australia And It Did Not Go Well

The US responds to Australians messing up their map.

We were off to a bad start when this person didn't even realise Australia had states.

This person knew the country they were labeling, at least.

But when it came to the actual places within Australia, most people were way off.

    Seriously not even close.

Except, weirdly, when it came to Tasmania.

Most people recognised Tasmania - even if they didn't necessarily know how to spell it.

Well, except this person who thought it might be New Zealand.

A few people pointed out that Tasmania actually looks like a face.

    Which you basically cannot unsee.

But most Australians are probably too busy thinking it looks like female genitalia to notice the face, tbh.

Meanwhile, poor South Australia and The Northern Territory were forgotten a lot.

But the ACT got the worst deal - most people didn't even notice it enough to bother labeling it at all, except this person who thought it was Sydney.

And this person who was actually spot on - at least as far as Canberra (which is in the ACT) was concerned.

Some people knew more about Australian pop culture than geography.

Even if that knowledge itself was somewhat limited...

Although this person knew a lot - even if the locations were a little off...

This person focused on Finding Nemo, which is totally fine.

Of course Australian animals were a popular theme.

It is, after all, "Kangaroo Land."

    Or even "Kangarooville".

Real talk: there are spiders everywhere.

And Australia DOES look like a CatDog.

This person got one thing right. Well, two if you count the dingoes.

This one was kind of back to front.

And this one was confused about which way was up.

This one was just a little off...

While this one was just frankly insulting.

Finally we got this person, who came so, so close. But still so far.
