People just don’t know how to move.  When it is your turn to advance in a forward direction AND you’re fully capable, MOVE! You, the capable one, must know what’s going on with traffic when the light is red and then turns green and move when it’s your turn. It is selfish and moronic to hold up traffic that could’ve made that clear green light. If you’re capable, it is simple, do what’s best. Emergencies such as medical, fire, police, car breakdowns, and funeral processions take precedence. Your phone calls and spilled drinks matter little to the rest of us. When you (the capable one) take an elevator to your desired floor, do not just stand there when you have a clear path out, get out now so others can enter the elevator. You wait too long, then you’ve lost the chance to act offended when someone enters the elevator. When you (the capable one) stand under a doorway, there better be an earthquake or a medical emergency. Otherwise, get out of the damn way! It’s called a doorway for a reason, it’s a way to enter and exit, NOT STANDING THERE!!!!!!!

Any employer who posts entry level jobs and then demands years of experience is lazy and gets what they deserve.

Progress is being made. While it’s still incredibly grating, we’ve gone from Tim Hardaway clearly announcing his hate to Asante Samuel’s version of DADT. So far, the sports world transitioned from actually hating gays to “don’t wanna hear it.” Braying about obvious mistakes (like what Tim and Asante said) doesn’t create solutions and understanding. Are we focused on the greater outcome, or are we just going react and enter another cyclical argument? We all must be persevere and work this out.
