If You've Ever Been Told To Become A Doctor, Lawyer, Or Engineer, This Song Is Your New Anthem

"First things first, you're an idiot."

The folks at Indian YouTube channel The Enthu Cutlets are not too enthu about conforming to silly, ancient social standards. Who told us? Anu Aunty.

In The Enthu Cutlet’s latest video — a parody of Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy” – a dominating, large-and-incharge, sari-clad woman named “Anu Aunty,” represents Indian society. She wants every young Indian to be a cookie-cutter engineer or doctor.

(Now doctors are engineers are important but, hey, not everyone needs to be one of those.)

The song is based on the book "How I Braved Anu Aunty & Co-Founded a Million Dollar Company," written by Varun Agarwal. Props to him because Anu Aunty officially has zero chill for other career choices.

Author Varun Agarwal's non-med, non-engineering, and non-MBA related success is what makes the song so special.

Rapper Brodha V drops some really solid rhymes for her condemnation of the more laidback choices in life.

    Zzzzzziiiiiiinnngggg!

So stop fearing Anu Aunty and letting her decide how you live your life. Watch the amazing video in full here and then ~follow your dreams~:
