I was only allowed electronics (TV, computer, Wii) if I had worked and/or worked out for it. 1 hr. yard work = 1 hr. TV, 1 hr. running or riding a bike = 1 hour, 15 push ups was 15 mins, and 5 pull ups was 15 mins. I was a buff kid.

Hot towel with Lavender essence on my whole face. Breathing in the lavender with the added heat releases a lot of tension. Throw that in with a bottle of water and two Tylenol, and the headache's gone in less than 30 mins.
