The second episode of Sherlock Season 3 — centered around the wedding of John Watson and Mary Morstan — aired on Sunday and the fandom had a lot of emotions about it.
People didn't know what to do with the things they were seeing on their screen.
Seriously.
Fans just weren't in any way prepared for the new episode.
THERE WAS JUST SO MUCH GOING ON.
Not only was there drunk Sherlock and drunk John, there was "SILENCE IS NOT MY DIVISION" Lestrade...
Molly being an absolute and utter HBIC...
"Hudders"
Also drunk deductions, aka one of the best things to ever happen on the show.
The fans got to work immediately.
There were many amazing references to some of Benedict Cumberbatch's other roles.
As well as what can only be described as Tumblr at its most ridiculous.
But then, eventually, everybody realized that the "happy" episode actually ended on a really sad note.
Deductions were made...
And the fandom came to an unsettling conclusion about what will happen in the next episode.
It's safe to say that the final episode of the season will probably break Tumblr once and for all.
