It’s a bit different. If the shirt is “No Christian” or “No Jews” then it will definitely be banned.
“No Religion” is more analogous to “No Sex” in this case, not “No Homosexuality”.  Free speech does not cover hate speech. Free Speech doesn’t mean you can say whatever you want whenever and wherever you want.

yes i can tell you as a gay man i find this irritating. some lgbtq like to be labeled as such because it gives them a sense of belonging to a community. But it would be more accurate to labeled “the campy” or “the flaming” instead of “the gays”

Only if Jay-Z referred to himself as “Mr. Knowles” otherwise this “put a ring” on her ownership dynamic is… a bit disappointing.  I mean, the most amazing diva and queen of the world is still somehow below her husband? Solely because she is a woman?
