For those who missed it, the backstory is complex: Jon was spotted partying with college girls and apparently had (has?) another woman on the side. There was video of him sneaking out of her house, and then there were rumors that Kate slept with their bodyguard? Kate’s brother said it was an open marriage from the beginning, and Jon’s cheating was written into the contract, which is just…tough. So now here we are: Kate is stuck home with the kids while Jon dates former Star reporters and designs an Ed Hardy clothing line for kids.
