This pocket-sized character dodged the tourist crowds and has taken up residence at the **famous cheesecake spot Junior’s**, where he can help all he wants and take in a few **Broadway shows** while he’s at it. Hee-hee!

Garfield, retired from the Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2011, has made a lovely home reminiscent of his roots. Born in an **Italian restaurant**, this feline has a love of lasagna rivaled by no other. In this neighborhood Garfield, the laziest cat, has access to the best lasagna in town, or any other **Italian food for that matter.**

Pikachu has found a home suitable for a Pokémon. This Japanese character has found himself on a thoroughfare of **society’s elite**. With a **view of Central Park**, Pikachu couldn’t say no to this **Pokéball-esque home**.

Kermit the Frog found it a little easier to be green in this notable NYC neighborhood where there are plenty of parks, **river views** and an **abundance of LEED-accredited buildings**. Kermit and Miss Piggy can look forward to some little Muppets growing up in this **family-friendly neighborhood**.

A lover of the outdoors, Charlie Brown's pet dog prefers to sleep on top of it all **overlooking the leafy surrounds of Central Park**. His fantastically **wealthy "old money" neighbors** often find him perched atop his penthouse terrace clanking away on his old typewriter.

SpongeBob SquarePants has upgraded from his pineapple under the sea, but he still likes to keep to his roots by staying **close to the water**. Though he'll steer clear from any **ships** that resemble the Flying Dutchman's.
