Thailand is setting an example for the rest of the world by banning single-use plastic bags across the entire country.
The ban went into effect on Jan. 1, 2020, and let me tell you... the people of Thailand are getting REALLY creative with what they're using instead of plastic bags.
Some people are using their rolling luggage instead of plastic bags:

They're hanging their purchases on clips and hangers from the closet:
Buckets are really having a moment.
And baskets are being pulled out of every corner of the house to use for grocery store runs:
These two used oversized traffic cones:
This guy used his rice cooker to hold his groceries:
And this guy used a freakin' wheelbarrow:

Meanwhile, laundry baskets have never been used so much outside of a laundromat.

Some people are being truly extreme about the whole thing:
And others still are taking the ban in stride and using it for a ~fashionable moment.~
