Arrietty always struck me as a nice sort of name. She's a character in the novel, The Borrowers by Mary Norton.
(Also, something I just discovered: in the movie adaption which I watched as a kid, Tom Felton played Peagreen Clock, Arrietty's younger brother! I'm completely shook!)…Â
Cheesy choice, but I've been reading Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen since I was little, and I've never gotten tired of it.
There's also Robin McKinley's Beauty, which got me through some stressful periods in my life, and is still one of my favorites reads.
Hooooomygoodness, that too FORever. The colors were so vague, and I didn't want to give up on anything! Still had to cop out on Aurora, but I'm still pretty proud!
