Promising Review: "Great price for a very nice kettlebell. (Seriously, the quality is there, so why pay so much more, elsewhere?) Handle is wide enough for two hands, and the diameter of the handle — how large it is in the hand — is a good size for even my small hands to comfortably grip. The handle is also smooth, with no rough seams to chafe. Very pleased, and definitely plan on purchasing another, heavier weight from this maker as my needs change!" —PrincessD

Promising Review: "Really great leggings, regardless of the price. But the price is amazing for the quality. I base my workout leggings on three criteria: if the seams rip, the squat test, and if the compression is tight enough without digging into my skin. I did the squat test, and nothing shows through. I've worn them three times, and the seams all seem to be fine (more than I can say about Lululemon leggings). And, the fabric is smooth and smoothing to the skin, with lie-flat seams. The two pockets are nifty! While I don't necessarily need to tote my phone for things like power lifting, taking my phone with me for a run or walk will be super simple now." —Karmon French

Promising Review: "Been using this at the gym and just saw that you can get a lightweight travel version. There's a small square 'packet' that you throw over the door (closest to the hinge), close the door, hook up the straps, and it's ready to go! I used it to workout today. It also comes with a book of exercises. Wish I'd gotten this sooner!" —GEM

What are these hand contraptions, you ask? Well, the kit includes: 1) a hand gripper (the can-opener-looking one), 2) a finger exerciser (kinda stapler-looking one), 3) a finger stretcher resistance band (you stick your fingers in this and stretch them apart!), 4) a hand strengthener grip ring, and 5) a stress-relief grip ball.
Promising Review: "So far, the grip strengthener has been amazing. I workout six times a week and am trying to improve my compound lifts. By using this at home and during work, I have seen a huge improvement in my overall grip strength — which has also helped me with pull-ups and almost everything else requiring a tight grip. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to increase the strength and even vascular look in the forearms." —Zmdxb

Promising Review: "These gliders are great for at-home Pilates or strength training interval workouts. They are sturdy and don't slip too much but have a decent amount of grip! A great addition to my home workout routine since we don't know when gyms will re-open and, when they do, how safe it'll be to return right away." —UW Fan

Promising Review: "I bought these about four months ago. They fit great and stretch appropriately. I do a blend of cardio workouts and power lifting, and these stay in place and keep me covered. I wash them about once a week, and they’ve all held up really well. I recommend these and am considering a repurchase for another set." —Amber Smith

Promising Review: "These bands are the perfect addition to your at home workouts. With the range of resistance, they can be used to supplement cardio or for strength training, especially for your glutes and thighs!!" —Amber Severin

To be clear, you're getting the 1) ab roller wheel, 2) the knee pad, 3-4) the two push up bars, and 5-6) the two resistance bands.
Promising Review: "The thing I love about this kit is that it takes the two most stereotypical workouts (push-ups and sit-ups) and makes them more accessible. I can do push-ups on the ground, but after a while my wrists start to hurt. The inclusion of the push-up bars allows me to get a deeper push-up without hurting my wrists. The ab roller allows me to do a sit-up type motion without needing some way to restrain my feet or knees, which makes doing sit-ups way more accessible. The inclusion of the resistance bands, in particular, helps me to do more reps per set. All in all, I really like this workout kit. It is more than just a ab roller wheel: it has many different pieces to help with the two most important self-body-weight exercises, and it makes the exercises more accessible to your average person. I would recommend." —Ryan P.

One pound for each weight and up to five on each ankle weight straps. They are secure, and I have no problems with them coming loose. They are easy to put on and take off. I am very happy with this purchase." —Sheryl

Promising Review: "This belt has become my favorite lifting belt. It fits snug and gives plenty of support. I like that it's sturdy but soft, so there is no break in time. It was comfortable and supportive the first time I used it. I have used nylon and leather belts and this one from Dark Iron is my go to belt now. It doesn't dig into my ribs and there's plenty of holes to get just the right compression. Looks good too with the red stitching. Seems like a solid belt so far!!" —Sharon Smith

Obviously, you're gonna wanna use proper lifting to avoid straining your muscles more than necessary. Workout gloves, like these, have thick wraps to help support your wrists and keep them in proper alignment. The padding and grip also help protect your hands (and any sensitive nerves) and provide extra grip. All in all, they can help reduce strain and pressure as you lift.
Promising Review: "I'm a weightlifter, and you can find me at the gym at least six times a week. I take my workout seriously, but recently, I have come into problems with some blisters. I tried creating callouses on my hands, but it's become painful and I've lost a lot of skin. So, I caved and decided to buy a pair of workout gloves. I was looking for gloves with wrist support since I lift very heavy weights. As a small female, I found that these fit my hands very nicely. There aren't any fingertips on the gloves, and this is perfect, too. Sometimes, with workout gloves, you have to take them off to do certain exercises. I've found that I can leave them on all workout. These are great and perfect for any weightlifter, begginer or pro." —Katie

If you have six tabs open with different products like I did and are reading reviews endlessly, know that this product is a great buy." —Lindsay

Promising Review: "Let me start by saying I've been powerlifting for almost three years without using knee sleeves. Anyway, I decided it was time because I had a recent episode of lateral knee pain that I was praying was not a meniscus tear. Well, these arrived just in time for squat day, and I was eager to test them out. I pulled them up over my knees, and felt instant comfort. I did my first set of squats, and boy did they feel amazing. I felt like I had great compression and stability. My knee did not bother me at all. These sleeves have been a godsend." —Sade

In case the text is too tiny, the full package includes five bands, two handles, two ankle straps, a door anchor, a travel pouch, and a workout guide!
Promising Review: "There’s very little (if anything) to dislike about these resistance bands. They are adjustable and their versatility allows for them to be used to complete a large variety of exercises. Everything from curls, chest presses, toes, and even squats. The major determining factor for me was being able to adjust the weight up to 150 pounds. Not only that, but it comes with ankle bands and a block that allows you to attach to your doorway to get even more exercises. They even include a pouch if you want to take them with you on the go! Honestly this has been an excellent buy and I can’t recommend it enough!" —James Green

Promising Review: "These are awesome, they are their smallest ones, but they still make any exercise challenging. Definitely recommend for beginners, or those that haven’t done much grip training. This is an awesome product. I love them so much I bought all three sizes. They are well built and do the job. I have both Fat Gripz sizes at my gym, but I prefer these over them. They have a curved fit, which fits the hands better, and they are slightly shorter to fit inside all dumbbells. Definitely a game changer, and will help you take your training to the next level. This will make any dumbbell feel heavier, and it's great for carries, holds, barbells, pull-ups, dips, etc." —Gus

Promising Review: "I installed these in my home gym about a month ago. The price is excellent in my opinion. The quality of the mat is very good, they went together very well. I bought some duct tape as well to tape the joints, however so far they have stayed together and I have not needed to tape them. I just use them for normal weight lifting and some jumping jacks and pushups. My wife does burpees on them and they stay together fine." —Matt

Promising Review: "Been meaning to try chalk for awhile to help with higher volume lifts — mostly rows. I have small hands and wrists, so my grip has always been an issue. This really helps, and, since you can easily toss it in a baggy, it's portable, too. It is still fairly messy, though. For a more lenient gym or home gym, this works great. I don't feel like I'm wasting chalk either, I get a nice coat on both hands that doesn't result in a bunch of excess chalk rubbing on everything (some, of course, but not as much as a looser chalk)." —Luna

Promising Review: "I recently started squatting, and, as I have been increasing weight, I have noticed that the base of my neck has become sore (almost feels bruised). I purchased this pad, and it works great. It is thick enough that I now do not have any soreness. It comes with straps, but I don't use them. So far, the pad is stiff enough that I can put it over the bar and then step back into the bar and use my back to keep the pad in place. Maybe the pad will loosen with use, and then I will need the straps, but right now I can easily put the pad on and off the bar to switch between squats and dead lifts quickly." —A. Hastings

Promising Review: "I have been in a lot of gyms and never used spring collars this comfortable. Some collars are so difficult to put on, but these work well right out of the box. The handles are comfortable, and it doesn’t appear that the rubber on the handles would come off easily. I will definitely buy these again if I need more spring collars in the future." —Faith H.

Promising Review: "This foam roller is AMAZING. First off, package came INTACT and in PERFECT CONDITION. I was skeptical at first, because it was long, but it is 36 inches. I can sit on this bad boy and roll my whole body perfectly. I work out four times a week, both HIIT and strength training, and this roller really made me realize how tense my whole body was! It was painful rolling out each muscle group, however, that was my own fault for not using a roller before! I will definitely incorporate this after all my workouts! BTW, I have achilles tendonitis, so this definitely attributes to release tension from my ankles and calves." —Jaice

Ok, this looks a bit intense, but the total body package (that sounds cool) comes with the OYO gym unit (the crossbow-looking one), two 10-pound flex packs and one 5-pound flex pack — so you can set the resistance up to 25 pounds — with a door attachment, leg attachments, and a product guide. If you're still a bit confused, there's a vid in the Amazon listing so you can see it in action!
Promising Review: "The OYO personal gym is amazing! With it, I am able to get the same workout—whether full body or focusing on specific areas—that I am able to get at my gym. The best thing about it is that I can get in an intense workout without putting any undue strain or pressure on the joints: only the target muscles are affected. This is great since I need something that is easier on the joints than free weights and dumb bells, while allowing me to get an effective, full workout." —Darrell W. Estes

Promising Review: "I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! I've been weight training for over 10 years, and these hooks are 1000x better than any straps, grips, or other competitors. I suffer from carpal tunnel, and this takes all the painful gripping and forearm fatigue out of my exercises so I can lift heavier and primarily focus on the muscle I'm training. I totally recommend it to anyone. I really, really like it! Thank you, Lifting Lab! You all figured it out and it's cute too:)" —Val
