It's [oenology](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/oenology), or enology.

There doesn't seem to be a word for the study of smoking.

It's a [synonym for obstetrics](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/tocology).

"[Etymology](http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/etymology)" is the study of the roots of words.

It's [entomology](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/entomology).

Molinology is the [study of windmills and such](http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/molinology), obviously.

It's [ludology](http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/ludology).

"Ceratology" would be the study of horns.

It's the [study of noses](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/rhinology).

The study of fungus is [mycology](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/mycology).

From "[Thanatos](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/thanatos)", the ancient Greek personification of death – sort of like their version of the Grim Reaper.

Cytology is the [study of cells](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/cytology).

It's the philosophical field of [epistemology](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/epistemology).

[Dipterology](http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/dipterology) is the study of flies.

It's [herpetology](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/herpetology).

The study of words is [lexicology](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/lexicology).

It's [speleology](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/speleology). As in "spelunking", or caving.

[Cynology](http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/cynology) is the study of lovely, lovely dogs.

It's [cryptozoology](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/cryptozoology).

"[Atmology](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/atmology)" is the study of certain vapours and is totally different.

It's [eschatology](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/eschatology), from a Greek word, "eschatos", meaning the last.

There's no such word as hoppology. We made it up.

It's " [hippology](http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/hippology)", as in hippodrome, hippopotamus, and so on.

Hey ho. You probably don't need to know about ologies anyway.

Could have been worse, eh?

Not bad ologying. Not bad.

Very solid ology performance, that.

Very impressive. If there was a study of ologies, it would be ologyology, and you'd be good.
