1. When you had such a great first year, you decide that living on campus for a second year is a no-brainer.

6. And overhearing loud sex.
7. And "obeying" your RA's rules.
8. When university settles back into the swing of things and you're like, "this is fine, I've got this."
9. And you continue to party on Wednesday nights and suddenly it feels like nothing has changed.
10. Except then you get to week four, and realise you're starting to care a little bit more about the fact your assignment is due soon...
11. When you skip a night out and study instead, and see a bunch of drunken first years leaving campus to head out.
12. And when they wake you up when they return, and your early morning thoughts are all:
13. When you go off college to visit a friend's new apartment and you're like...
14. When it truly starts to sink in that you've made a grave mistake.
15. When it's the end of the first semester and you're like, "fuck, I still have another six months before I can get outta here".

17. But figure it's also your LAST ever semester on campus, so you better live it up.
18. When final exams are done and you're celebrating at your end-of-year college party.
19. And you realise, you will actually miss the place. A lot.
