Kim Kardashian Was Asked For Her Thoughts On Trump And She Held Nothing Back

"Anyone can run the US better. My daughter would be better."

Okay, so you probably know Kim Kardashian.

And I'm gonna take a ~wild guess~ that you've also heard of Donald Trump, the current president of the United States.

Kim has stayed mostly silent on Trump since he took office in January. But in a new interview with Harper's Bazaar Arabia, she was asked for her thoughts on his presidency so far. And, well, she didn't exactly hold back.

"Anyone can run the US better," she said. "My daughter would be better."

"We’ve worked so hard to get to where we were and to have so many things that we were so proud of in our country, to just literally revert backwards is the most frustrating thing," she added.

She went on to describe the ways she thinks life has changed for Americans since Trump took office:

Every single day when you can’t really believe what’s going on, the next day it’s something else even more crazy and tragic. It's really scary, the world that we’re living in now. And when you did feel safe at home, now with Trump in presidency you just don’t feel safe anymore.

It's worth noting that Kim's views seem to stand in stark contrast with her husband's — Kanye West has publicly expressed his support for Trump and even met with him at Trump Tower before he officially took office.

In the Harper's Bazaar interview, Kim also explained why she hasn't spoken out more about politics in the past:

Sometimes I feel like I want to speak out more about political issues. You have to be really careful about what you say, because a lot of things can be taken in the wrong context and I always want to be respectful, I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings.

And when asked if she followed the POTUS on Twitter, Kim threw the ~gentlest~ of shade.

“I do not," she said. "I follow Obama though.”
