Demi Lovato just posted a rare makeup-free selfie on her Instagram — and holy moly, she looks SO STUNNING.

She also wrote a message explaining why she was sharing a #NoMakeupMonday shot with her nearly 78 million followers.

"Haven’t done a #NoMakeupMonday in yearssss," she wrote. "But I figured after posting so many glamorous pics with tons of makeup and hair pieces, it’s important to show myself underneath it all."

"This is what I look like 85%-90% of the time," she added.

"Proud of my freckles, proud of [my] booty chin and proud of myself for loving and accepting myself the way I am. 🖤 #ILoveMe."

Naturally, her comments have been flooded with people telling her just how 🔥🔥🔥 she looks — including some messages from her famous friends:

Demi's been a vocal advocate for body positivity lately. Just last week, she revealed that her 2018 overdose was partially due to an untreated eating disorder:

I had to work my ass off every day in the gym, six days a week, to maintain that figure. And it's just like, that led me only one way. I don't want to go down that path again.

And according to Lovato, she's now working hard to embrace her body and practice self-love, noting: "I'm not willing to destroy my mental health to look a certain way anymore."
