People On Instagram Are Now Creating Picture-Perfect Roses Out Of Avocados

So you know avocados, right? Delicious and nutritious.

Avos are also a foodie Instagrammer's best friend. From avocado toast...

...to old-fashioned guacamole, avocados keep your Insta on point.

But now people are stepping it up a notch. They are adding a new, even more complex creation to their brunch game: the avocado rose.

Yep that is a whole avo, cut and shaped to look like a delicate flower.

It's almost too perfect to eat (but tbh you probably would still eat it).

Some 'grammers are even adding real flowers for the ~perfect pic~.

This takes some serious patience.

How did they create this before the avocado went brown is the real question.

You can even create an avocado rose sandwich for a true Instagram marvel.

Many Instagrammers credit Karen McLean, who blogs at Secret Squirrel, for helping them create the roses. McLean has many videos on her page of herself creating roses from avocados...

...and also from other types of fruit.

Even with the tutorials, these roses are obviously harder to create than it looks. Some people are posting their attempts, and it's pretty hilarious.

Although this "fail" looks pretty delicious tbh.
