Buy dried beans/lentils, frozen vegetable medleys, and in-season produce. Tubes of ginger, and spices, etc. are also budget friendly. Dried beans are cheaper and when cooked, have more volume of beans then canned. Pop them in the slow cooker overnight, or soak them during the day…Â
