I am aghast at the fact diet was not mentioned once. I suffered from severe cystic acne from 11-31. You know what I found out, dairy was causing my breakouts and cystic acne. I cut dairy out 2 years ago. 2 weeks after I stopped eating dairy my skin cleared up and has stayed that way unless I accidentally eat dairy. My skin has never been clearer. Not one of my doctors or specialists ever mentioned diet.
