David And Natalie Have Now Been Filmed In The "Love Actually" Follow-Up

And David is still the Prime Minister. Can we live in this alternate reality please?

And today Hugh Grant reprised his role as the prime minister, David, shooting a scene for the Comic Relief special that features him yet again answering questions at a press conference.

And here he is. Our Prime Minister. Again. And still hot. #rednosedayactually

It is not yet clear whether David has been the British PM continuously since the original film, or if he was pushed out and came back. If he is still the PM, then he has been in power for nearly 14 years (!).

This would make him one of our longest-serving British prime ministers.

Screenwriter Emma Freud also revealed that David is still married to Natalie, played by Martine McCutcheon.

Our pm is still married. And she's still lovely. #rednosedayactually

The press conference, filmed at a central London location, features cameos from journalists as well as YouTubers pretending to be journalists.

ITV's Robert Peston, NBC's London correspondent Keir Simmons, the BBC's Victoria Derbyshire, Channel 4's Cathy Newman, and BBC Breakfast presenter Charlie Stayt were extras and are featured in the scene. BuzzFeed News was also present.

YouTubers Alfie Deyes, Caspar Lee, Louise Pentland, and Niomi Smart were among those posing as journalists in the crowd, along with five Red Nose Day competition winners and their friends.

Asking a key question to the prime minister in the scene was Keir Charles, who asked a question to the David in the original Love Actually film!

In an outtake during the filming, Grant also pointed at someone posing as a journalist in the crowd and said: "You, from Horse & Hound", a joke from his role in Notting Hill.

Love. Actually. IS. All. Around.

Red Nose Day Actually will be broadcast on 24 March 2017 on BBC One. It will also be shown during Red Nose Day USA, which will be on NBC on 25 May 2017.
