A Team On "The Apprentice" Tried To Sell Salad For £9 And It Was The Worst

    "WOULD YOU LIKE SOME SALAD?"

In tonight’s The Apprentice the candidates had to buy fish to sell as a lunchtime product, so one team decided to sell the public some *expensive* tuna salad.

And naturally, because this is The Apprentice, one of the teams were so late making their lunches they got to the financial district of London AFTER lunch.

The cost of the salad they sold? £9. NINE POUNDS.

Naturally, Britain was overjoyed at this news.

I'm going to sell Salad for £9 #bbcapprentice

"Hi you look like you would like a salad" #TheApprentice

    A £9 salad?! #TheApprentice

#TheApprentice When they ask you do you want a bag for 5p on top of your £9 salad:

Then one candidate, Dan Callaghan, ran towards a customer shouting "WOULD YOU LIKE SALAD?!"

Predictably, it led to responses like this.

HELLO CAN I INTEREST YOU IN SOME SALAD

Approaching potential bae in the club like “are you interested in buying a salad?” #TheApprentice

Would you like to buy some salad?? #TheApprentice

Then in the boardroom, the team were in for a surprise when they learnt how much profit they made.

    This is also ironic because...

£1.87! That's not even enough to buy a salad #TheApprentice

£1.87 profit is 21p for each candidate in that team. This means that each candidate in that team could afford a £9 salad if they worked for 42.8 days straight.
