Adam Kokesh, Edward Dickey, and others were arrested for dancing at the Jefferson Memorial on Saturday.

It was a “dance-in” protesting a recent court ban on — you guessed it — dancing in certain parts of national memorials. [Edit note: This is one of those situations where everyone comes out looking pretty bad. But who knew dancing was an arrestable offence?]
