    A new grassroots movement is urging people to "call in gay" from work on December 10 (International Human Rights Day) and spend the day volunteering.

    Straight allies are encouraged to participate too, so the opportunity to find out how your boss will react to an "I'm too gay to come to work today" phone call is available to everyone.
