Comedian Nikki Glaser Apologized For Body-Shaming Taylor Swift And Taylor Had The Best Response

    Forgiving queen.

On Friday, Taylor Swift released her incredible, personal, and intimate documentary, Miss Americana.

Part of the documentary highlighted the brutal hate Taylor received by the media. It included soundbites of pundits, hosts, and comedians making jabs at her. Ugh.

One of them was comedian Nikki Glaser, who is heard saying, "She’s too skinny; it bothers me. All of her model friends — and it’s just like, c’mon."

Following the release of the documentary, Nikki released a full-length statement on Instagram, apologizing for what she had said.

"Unfortunately, I am featured in her new documentary as part of a montage of asshats saying mean things about her, which is used to explain why she felt the need to escape from the spotlight for a year," she wrote.

"[My] quote should be used as an example of 'projection' in PSYCH101 textbooks. If you’re familiar with my 'work' at all, you know I talk openly about battling some kind of eating disorder for the past 17 years. I was probably 'feeling fat' that day and was jealous."

"I really have no need to post this other than to apologize to someone who seriously means SO much to me... I just hope this somehow gets to her, so she knows I’m sorry for any pain I caused her, and that I’d love to be her friend someday..."

Well, it did get to her. Look at what Taylor said.

"Sending you a massive hug." She really is the nicest person on this planet.

A forgiving, talented queen. Oh yeah, and watch Miss Americana on Netflix for clear skin and good credit!
