You know Imagine Dragons. They have hits like “Thunder,” “Believer,” “Whatever It Takes," and "Radioactive." They also have a reported net worth of $40 million.
Well, this week, they showed up and performed "Radioactive" to support Netflix writers, who are currently on strike for higher pay and guidelines surrounding artificial intelligence in the TV and film industries.
But there was a slight issue. The performance was, um, pretty stripped down, unedited, and rather raw, so lead singer Dan Reynolds's vocals and delivery came across as awkward and just not good.

One writer on TikTok made a video with more than 1 million views and joked, "Without warning, Netflix hired Imagine Dragons to try to get the writer's strike to disperse. But we won't stop striking."
People were not impressed. Thus, the comments section was comments section–ing:
Yup.
Yeah, definitely not their best:
Either way, again, let's give the band props for showing up and supporting writers.
Dan Reynolds has not responded to the backlash, but we'll update you if he does.
