It's exactly what it sounds like. Hailey and Kendall are hooked up to a lie detector and asked questions. The lie detector expert guy then reveals if they're telling the truth:

Then, Kendall kicked it up a notch and asked if Justin Bieber — Hailey's fiancé — thinks she's cool:
Hailey said yes.
Honestly, can we please just look at her looking to the left as she answered. That's definitely one of those signs you're lying!! Criminal Minds taught me that.
And lo and behold:
IT WAS A LIE. Justin Bieber does not think Kendall Jenner is "cool."
Luckily, they both handled the situation well and laughed it off:
