    This movie has SO MANY familiar faces!

    The much-awaited Karan Johar entertainer with Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt is finally out!

    Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani, like all Karan Johar offerings, seems like a grand production with a grander cast. However, while the film has several faces you know very well and love, there are some that just seem REALLY familiar.

    1. Well, for starters, Ranveer Singh plays Rocky Randhawa.

    A bonafide Bollywood superstar, we've seen Ranveer shine in films like Band Baaja Baaraat, Lootera, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani, Dil Dhadakne Do, and Gully Boy.

    In the recent times, we've seen him in films like 83, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, and Cirkus.

    2. Alia Bhatt plays Rani Chatterjee.

    An actress who has consistently proven her mettle, Alia has excelled in movies like Highway, Dear Zindagi, Raazi, and Gangubai Kathiawadi.

    Darlings and Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva have been her most recent releases.

    3. Tota Roy Chowdhury plays Chandon Chatterjee, Rani's father.

    But before Rocky aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani, you've seen him as Dr. Hamid in The Girl on the Train and as Rohan in Ajeeb Daastaans.

    4. Churrni Ganguly plays Anjali Chatterjee, Rani's mother.

    5. Aamir Bashir plays Tijori Randhawa, Rocky's father.

    You might remember him as Jai Pratap Singh from A Wednesday!, as Bhupi from Gurgaon, and as Majid Khan from Sacred Games.

    Most recently, we've seen him in other web shows like A Suitable Boy and School of Lies.

    6. Kshitee Jog plays Poonam Randhawa, Rocky's mother.

    You might remember her as the first Sonya from Sarabhai vs Sarabhai (YES!) and as Devyani Agarwal Singhania from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

    Most recently, she played Dimple's mother, Simple, in Mismatched.

    7. Anjali Anand plays Gayatri "Golu" Randhawa, Rocky's sister.

    Some of you might recognise her as Loveleen "Lovely" Chaddha Singh Gill from Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala.

    8. Abhinav Sharma plays Vicky, Rocky's friend.

    You might know him as Krish from Mismatched and as Raghav from Campus Diaries.

    9. Namit Das plays Soumen Mitra, Rani's colleague.

    You probably remember him as Rishi from Wake Up Sid.

    Namit has since worked in various films and web series such as Ghanchakkar, Sui Dhaaga, A Suitable Boy, Aarya, and Rocket Boys.

    10. Arjun Bijlani plays Harry.

    But before he was Harry, Arjun, a highly-successful television star, was in shows like Remix and Left Right Left, and rose to fame by playing Mayank in Miley Jab Hum Tum. Most recently, we've seen him as Ritik in Naagin and as Saveer in the web show, Roohaniyat.

    11. Shraddha Arya plays Rupa.

    Some of you may remember Shraddha starting her career with the talent show, India's Best Cinestars Ki Khoj, after which she appeared in movies like Nishabd. Her most popular role, however, is that of Dr. Preeta in the television show, Kundali Bhagya.

    12. Bharti Singh plays Pushpa.

    Bharti is an incredibly popular comedian who has hosted several reality shows over the years, including India's Got Talent and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs. She started her career with comedy shows like The Great Indian Laughter Challenge and Comedy Circus, and has also been a mainstay on The Kapil Sharma Show.

    13. Sriti Jha plays Jaya.

    Another popular name in television, Sriti started her career with the show Dhoom Machaao Dhoom and was also seen in Balika Vadhu. However, she is best known for essaying the role of Pragya in Kumkum Bhagya.

    14. Arjit Taneja plays Sunny.

    But you may remember him as Purab from Kumkum Bhagya and as Vivaan from Kaleerein.

    15. Raashul Tandon plays Yashpal Rana.

    We've previously seen him in shows like Aladdin - Naam Toh Suna Hoga and movies such as Pink and Heropanti.

    16. Navneet Nishan plays Yashpal's mother.

    Hers is one face you absolutely remember from an array of movies. We have seen Navneet play Tara in the show Tara. But she has also appeared in films like Jaan Tere Naam, Raja Hindustani, Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, and My Name is Khan.

    17. Karamveer Choudhary plays Vicky's grandfather.

    He has previously appeared in movies like Dangal, Sultan, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.

    The movie also has some MAJOR stars, some of whom you've been waiting to see on the big screen for a while.

    18. Like Jaya Bachchan in this badass avatar as Dhanalakshmi Randhawa, Rocky’s grandmother.
