This Simpsons Fan Covered Himself In Homer Tattoos After His Dad Banned Him From Watching The Show

How do you like me now, Dad?!

Lee Weir is a massive fan of The Simpsons but his father wouldn’t allow him to watch the show when he was growing up. So Weir got his own back in rather spectacular fashion.

The 27-year-old, who hails from from Auckland, New Zealand, has broken the world record for the most tattoos of the same cartoon character by covering his body in images of Homer Simpson.

“I was never allowed to watch The Simpsons growing up as my dad was a real-life Ned Flanders,” he said.

Weir claims his 2-year-old daughter Lucy points out the different Homers on his body and says her favourite is “baby Homer”.

He says it feels brilliant to hold a record for something he holds so dear.

“It hasn't made me a better person but I definitely think it has made me a slightly cooler one,” he added.

    Homer would be proud.
