This Picture Of A Tiny Baby Deer Is The Cutest Thing You'll See Today

The young male pudu was born at Queens Zoo in New York.

A southern pudu fawn has been born at Queens Zoo in New York. As you can see, it's quite incredibly cute.

The Wildlife Conservation Society said the male pudu, the world's smallest deer species, was born on 12 May. The picture of the fawn was only released on Monday.

The new fawn brings the number of pudu on show at Queens Zoo to three.

The WCS said the white spots on the as-yet unnamed fawn's back would fade and disappear as he gets older.

Pudu grow to only 12 to 14 inches in height, at the shoulder, but are excellent jumpers, the conservation society added.
