    Meet the New World's Shortest Man

    His name is Edward Nino Hernandez and he's 24 years old, 27 inches tall, and weighs 22 lbs. His reign is to be short lived, however, as the world's shortest teen (Khagendra Thapa Magar of Nepal who is 22 inches tall) is set to turn 18 on October 14th.
