Tiny tips: Carry a nice water bottle with you during the day. Do a little stretching when you wake up and before you go to bed. If you look up bedtime yoga there’s stretches you can do before bed for a better nights rest. Don’t skip meals especially breakfast. A healthy breakfast with Greek yogurt and fruit is good. Take the stairs or the longer way and burn some extra calories. For lunch I always make sure to have a nice sized salad with a portion of protein. Skip the soda or juice and drink water. Make getting sleep a priority. Do some squats or tricep dips on the couch during commercial breaks. Make sure you move every hour if you have a desk job. Just getting up and waking around a bit is beneficial if your job requires you to sit for long periods of time. Doing small workouts like a 20-30 minute jog/walk or workout a few times a week is great for your health and good especially if you have a hard time fitting in exercise into your schedule.
