In Season 1, Episode 10 of The West Wing, Charlie and Mrs. Landingham discuss her lack of Christmas cheer because of her sons' deaths. During their conversation, we see a penguin on her desk that looks awfully familiar.
That's because it's Hugsy, Joey's stuffed penguin from Friends. Hugsy appears in multiple episodes of Friends, and in even more episodes of the spinoff series Joey.
