Gardening has really helped. I've started growing poppies, radishes, broccoli, and succulents. It's so amazing to watch them grow and see how beautiful plants are. Also, going on walks is a really big one for me. Not only do I get to exercise, but it's a really great time for reflection.…Â
My mom died when I was nine, eight years ago, and I have gone through a single mother's day without crying. This made me feel a lot better, knowing that I wasn't the only one still grieving.
