Response to Why Did You Stop Trying To Lose Weight?:
I stopped buying into the concept of a “diet” - it’s a lifestyle change. It’s one thing to lose the weight and another to be able to keep it off. While this might mean losing weight more slowly, it’s done in a way that’s sustainable - and allows for you to still enjoy the things you like best! Realistically, I’m not going to stop eating cookies/pasta/bread/cheese/pizza/insert-your-own-vice for the rest of my life - but I can commit to moderation by only having them a few times a month instead of on a few times a week.
