If you don't already know who Jasmine Masters is, she is the iconic drag queen who is best known for competing in the seventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race and fourth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars.
Aside from being a beloved reality TV star, Jasmine has no problem speaking her mind on her personal YouTube channel. And more often than not, moments from her videos become popular memeable moments, like this great one:

But none have been more widespread and legendary than the "And I oop..." meme. For context, the moment comes at 4:30 in this video, in which Jasmine is talking about people who can't handle their liquor. At one point, Jasmine accidentally hits her balls, and thus, the "And I oop" meme was born.

Jasmine told BuzzFeed that it's really crazy to wake up every morning and see that one of the videos she made years ago is going viral, but she enjoys all of it.
She went on to say, "The world is so crazy and so negative, so if I could shine some light on people and make them smile, then that's all good for me."
She's even begun selling merch with the three greatest words ever spoken. The shirts and tank tops will initially be sold at DragCon in Los Angeles this weekend, and then will be available to the public afterwards.
