The Hunger Games books by Suzanne Collins remain one of the most beloved YA dystopian series of all time. Not only are the books amazing, but the movies are among some of the best adaptations of all time.

However, while the four movies are amazing and include so many great storylines, characters, and details from the books, it's impossible to adapt a book word-for-word for film, so some things fans love ultimately get left out, and it still stings.

Maybe you're like me and you're still heartbroken that Madge was cut out of the movies, and you really wish she was the one who gave Katniss the mockingjay pin in the adaptation as well.

Perhaps while you think Catching Fire is a great movie, you're upset that Bonnie, Twill, and/or Darius were left out of the movie adaptation because they really did play important roles.

Maybe you still wish that Johanna Mason had more screentime in the Mockingjay movies. Like, in the final book, Katniss and Johanna literally train together in order to be sent to the Capitol, and Johanna's PTSD is explored much more.

Heck, perhaps you loved the small detail of District 11 sending Katniss bread in The Hunger Games because it really showed other Districts rebelling and rooting for Katniss in a subtle way.
