So after a few afternoons of working from home and a lot of time spent in my family’s kitchen at the cottage, recently something strange happened to me. Friday evening, I stopped and noticed that for the first time in weeks I felt hungry. I am making no remarks on whether this is a good or bad thing, I am no expert in the field. But, the one thing I did reflect on is that I had been grazing a lot lately. Anyhow with the long weekend coming up and the incredible social gatherings that come with the hot weather, I started hitting the internet for some tips to cut the perpetual munching.
