When ever I am over whelmed by life or particularly anxious my mum always tells me to break illy day/problem etc into manageable steps. It can be something as simple as getting to work but sometimes that can be over whelming so it gets broken down to. Brush teeth. Then after that look at the next immediate step. Get dressed. And then do make up. Etc etc. Until before you know it you’re at work. It can be too much to see the whole problem so take it one step at a time. Into manageable chewable bits. Works for me.
