Promising review: "This is a must. I work as a patient care technician in 12 hour shifts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BABY. I use it for 3–5 minutes and my feet feel incredible. I even bring it to work! I am really impressed. I have plantar fasciitis and wear insoles and use this daily. It helps a ton!" —franky.riley1625

They have a reinforced arch and a shock-absorbing heel cushion, and you trim them to fit. Don't forget to take out the original insoles in your shoes before adding any new ones!
Promising review: "This works! I tried NSAID's, frozen water bottles, stretching exercises, and several pairs of new shoes. Three months of suffering gone the first day I used these. You will initially think it's a mistake because they really put a lot of pressure on your arch, but that is how they work! Easy to trim for fit, I have used them in work boots, hiking boots, cowboy boots, and sneakers. Your cowboy boots might need to be a loose fit, but all other shoes they will work with your normal size." —TomK2

Promising review: "I needed to replace my Redi-Thotics from last year. Not only did I replace them but the price was $25 less than my podiatrist originally charged. Do be careful when your Redi-Thotic is new or a replacement — you DO need to work it in by following the original recommendations — an hour a day, then two hours, then three hours, etc. It will hurt at first as it's firm and your foot needs to adjust. I have zero pain in my arch when I wear these on the walking trail or on the treadmill. A good support at a reasonable price." —Donna C. Coulson

You can wear it with or without socks, whatever you prefer! The adjustable, breathable straps and cushioned ankle cover help you stay as cozy as can be all through the night.
Promising review: "This support works very well. It's much more comfortable than the full night splint/boot. Took a couple of nights to get the adjustment right. It won't keep your foot at 90 degrees but apparently it's sufficient to allow the plantar fascia muscles to stretch in a relaxed position. Most importantly, I did all the recommended calf muscle stretches as often as I could. I suffered with PF for five months. Good luck!" — galag

Promising review: "I love, love this product!!! I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and when I come home from work my feet feel like they're on fire!! I can sit on the couch with this wrapped around my foot instead of laying in bed holding an ice bag. The lil' gel pack is Velcro-ed to the holder so you just un-attach it and freeze!" —Darlene

Some reviewers say they're most comfortable when they add extra support, while others say the Crocs as-is are exactly what they needed.
Promising review: "I love my Crocs for walking around inside the house, and for yard work! I suffer from plantar fasciitis, which is a painful condition affecting my arch and heel. Wearing Crocs in the house instead of going barefoot helps decrease this pain a LOT. I do not recommend walking on them all day at work... for that I LOVE my Danskos Professional Clogs. Plus Birkenstocks to replace all my flip flops. They've really done wonders for my foot problems!" —Introvert, Inspired

Promising review: "I purchased these shoes because I have had plantar fasciitis for the past nine months. Was hoping that I'd be able to wear these shoes without pain. When I first received them, I had to wear them for a couple of hours at a time to get them broken in. The sole of these are very comfortable and soft and molds to the shape of your feet. Very comfortable once broken in and I have absolutely no foot pain while wearing these!!" —Teena Smith

Promising review: "Since being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, I have used orthotics created by my doctor ($$$), Costco ($$), New Balance ($$), and now these ($). I've worn them for over a week in my walking shoes with excellent results. They are sturdy and supportive. My feet are happy and comfortable and they fit perfectly in my shoes without trimming. I am amazed at how well they work for such a bargain price. I bought a second set so I don't have to switch between my walking shoes and hiking shoes. I would rate them a 10 if I could." —avid reader

Promising review: "I have been wearing Feetures socks for over three years; recently, I have been plagued by plantar fasciitis in my left foot. Promising review: "This roller did the trick for me. I'm crediting it's hardness and shape with the success in significantly improving my PF. It's important to do stretches also, but this roller makes it possible to put pressure (and stimulation) on hard-to-reach areas. I noticed improvement after using this twice a day (for five minutes on each foot) for a few days. I'm back to running again! I definitely recommend giving this a try if you are struggling with PF and haven't had success with other approaches." —edash

Promising review: "My plantar fasciitis was severe and took over a year to fully resolve. These are the second best thing that I used to help me with my plantar fasciitis. The best thing was my podiatrist and the steroid shot I received. These sleeves, however, reduced and eventually eliminated my pain while walking. My formula for resolution = stretching + ice packs + proper insoles/shoes + plantar fasciitis sleeve + steroid shot (if the previous listed do not work on their own)." —Chb548s

Well, the massaging may feel a little painful at first, but reviewers say the relief is worth it in the end.
Promising review: "Great product! I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis about two months ago. While I can't say this cured it, I do believe it helped. My podiatrist advised me to lay off running for a bit. He treated me with two cortisone shots over the course of two months. To assist with those, I was advised to use a massage ball, wooden dowel, and heat compresses followed by ice packs. I found that my favorite part of this routine was using the ball. It's hard and small and the bumps on it really helped me find my trigger point and focus on it. For the price, you can't really lose. I am happy to say that my pain is 99% gone. I am back on my running schedule." —Eric Sands
