If The Cast Of Harry Potter Was On Friends

What if the six lovable friends were portrayed by Harry Potter characters?

Hermione Granger = Monica Geller

They're both powerful, independent women who are not afraid to speak their own minds. And let's face it: they are basically in charge. If Hermione played Monica, she would spend all day reading AND cleaning!

Ron Weasley = Chandler Bing

They're both a bit awkward and don't quite fit in. While neither may be exceptionally talented, they both know how to crack a joke. If Ron played Chandler, he could use a spell to get his hat back from the bullies! (Unless his wand was broken).

And of course, they end up together...

If Ron & Hermione played Monica & Chandler, the wedding would include some sphinxes and dragons on the guest list.

Harry Potter = Ross Geller

They are both extremely capable and can do anything that they put their minds to. They also make mistakes and feel regret. If Harry played Ross, he could make dinosaurs come to life!

Ginny Weasley = Rachel Green

They may not always be the strongest, or the smartest, but they know how to handle most situations and aren't afraid to tackle the next hurdle. If Ginny played Rachel, she could have used magic to be a capable waitress!

And of course, the couples...

Harry would not have handled the "on a break thing" any better than Ross (remember his 5th year?)

Luna Lovegood = Phoebe Buffay

They are both quirky, unusual, and don't care what other people think. They're basically fearless and powerful. If Luna played Phoebe, not much would change since they both possess certain magical abilities!

Fred/George Weasley = Joey Tribbiani

They're both silly and wild. They both don't care about studying. And they are ladies men. The twins could switch off playing Joey (kind of like a Michelle on Full House situation) and totally wreak havoc on set!

Neville Longbottom = Gunther

Sure they're both a bit dorky and strange, but they're also important... without Neville, who would have destroyed the snake? And without Gunther, how would coffee be served? Neville might spill the coffee if he played Gunther, but his grandmother would be sure to punish him for that!

And the most EVIL characters of all...

Be prepared.

Dolores Umbridge = Janice Goralnik

The annoying laughs. The awful attitudes. The idea of being better than everyone. Both characters have these qualities, and both are capable of unfathomable evil. Imagine Umbridge playing Janice... (bet you didn't know her last name- I had to look it up.) She would cheat on Chandler, then pet the hairless cat she stole from Rachel/Ginny!
