"The festival of lights is a beautiful holiday for recognizing togetherness, redemption...and new clothes! I feel lucky to share fashion from some of the most incredibly talented Indian designers. Today, I'm wearing iconic designer, @falgunipeacock. Falguni makes clothing that transforms me into my most glamorous, confident self."

In a second post, she wrote, "I love my @sabyasachiofficial gown because the silhouette is so unexpected and sophisticated. I remember when my friend @priyankachopra got married in the most stunning red @sabyasachiofficial lehenga, I fully understood the grandeur of this designer. I feel so lucky to wear this tonight!"

And in her final post, Mindy wrote, "'I’m not like a regular mom. I’m a cool mom.' Cheesing in our @pixsterphotobooth and then hanging with my favorite Diwali babes @drdeepikachopra @drdeepikachopra and @dulariamin! It’s amazing how my kids' school has opened up my friendships with Indian women!"

"We’re basically the Big Little Lies moms now except instead of hiding murders, we help throw Diwali parties! I love school events! I’m THAT mom now lololol."

"Happy Diwali to all the parents out there quickly googling Diwali before explaining it to your kids. I see you 🪔👀😆," she concluded.

Happy Diwali to all who celebrate!
