Meghan Trainor Talked About Her C-Section And What It Was Like When Her Baby Was In The NICU

"I was like, 'Well, wake up, kid!'"

In case you missed it, Meghan Trainor is now a mom!

Back in February, she and husband Daryl Sabara welcomed an ADORABLE baby boy named Riley into the world.

And now, the singer is sharing details about the birth!

In an interview with E!, she said, "Apparently, it's a common thing I guess when you have a C-section baby. They can come out full of fluids because they don't get squeezed out. They got popped out. When [Riley] is in the NICU and we're visiting him, I'm like, 'Why does he have a feeding tube and breathing tube? What's going on?'"

"They're like, 'This happens. It's okay, we just have to wait 'til he wants to wake up.' And I was like, 'Well, wake up kid!'"

"I survived that. I feel like I can do anything."

Meghan also revealed how her hubby has taken to parenthood.

The 27-year-old recalled when Riley would pee in the hospital and Daryl would "freeze" and just "step back."

"And now he's a champion," she said proudly. "He's like, 'We had two poops today and an explosion, and I got it!'"

All the best to the happy family!
