OnlyFans is a website that started in 2016.
It's basically and mostly a platform for posting amateur porn of all kinds: straight, gay, bi, solo, etc., for all genders.
The way it works is that anyone can sign up, post content on their OnlyFans page, and charge a monthly subscription rate to view it. The New York Times called it "the paywall of porn."
A majority of the content is amateur, like made with iPhones, though some of it is definitely more professional.
Also, the content that is put on a OnlyFans page depends on who is running it and how much skin they want to show. It could be everything from nudes to hardcore sex videos.
Any adult can create an OnlyFans...but porn stars have them too, since it's a natural extension of what they do and allows them to bring in extra income outside of porn studios.
It's kind of like a Patreon for porn.
Lastly, most OnlyFans performers also use Twitter to advertise their OnlyFans, so that's why you're seeing lots of people making OnlyFans jokes there.
