Ricochet is one amazing dog.

She was initially trained to become a service dog, but when that wasn't the right fit for her she found her true calling as the world’s first SURFice dog!

Since 2009 Ricochet has interacted and surfed with kids with special needs, people with disabilities, wounded warriors, and veterans with PTSD. Not only that, but she's helped to raise nearly $400,000 for human and animal causes.

Since 2009 Ricochet has interacted and surfed with kids with special needs,

people with disabilities, wounded warriors, and veterans with PTSD. Not only that, but she's helped to raise nearly $400,000 for human and animal causes.

This year — to celebrate the 7th annual Surfin' Santa Paws Howliday Giving Drive — Ricochet and her pal, Rina, have been locked in a competition with their Elf on the Shelf to see who can pull off the best prank.

The elf got things off to a roaring start by catching Ricochet with a whoopie cushion.

In retaliation, Rina busted out some silly string.

Next, the elf tried another classic prank.

The dogs then played "Pin the Tail on the Elf."

Incensed, the elf took things to the next level.

Ricochet was like, "If you want to go there, pal, I can go there too."

Not yet done with the classic pranks, the elf tried this.

Ricochet's response wasn't all that clever, but it was to the point.

Not about to take that lying down, the elf defaced, well, Ricochet's face.

After that, you might be surprised to see the dogs were "kind" enough to take the elf fishing.

The irate elf responded with another classic prank.

Not to be outdone, Rina took the elf for a spin.

A pie in the face? Yes, the elf went there.

As for Ricochet? Well, she probably won't be too proud of this one once she calms down.
