I just made the oatmeal version. I slowly added the chickpea water so I didn't add too much and make or soupy like another commenter had happen and used less than the 1/4 c. I also did not use 2 Tbs of vanilla because that's a crazy amount. I used about 1.5 tsp and that seems good.…Â
