1. During a brief teaching stint in Thailand, redditor, Squeezymo noticed the exceptional drawing abilities of his students
2. Several students would draw "incomplete" cartoons on their tests once they were finished to pass the time
3. Grading stacks of tests can be rather tedious, so he would "usually grade a few, take a break, grade a few, take a break".
4. And during those breaks, he would add his own artistic contributions to his students' doodles
