Yesterday on my normal meander through the interwebs, I came across a challenge BuzzFeed Life is putting on and decided to take it. It's pretty simple, it is a "7-Day Better Skin Challenge," basically everyday for the next week BuzzFeed will send an email to my inbox with instructions for "tiny tweaks" that I can do to my skincare routine/life in general that will take less than 10 minutes and help improve my skin. Sounds good to me.
I'll share my daily experience with the challenge here, as well as any results I may see (fingers crossed).
I should also mention that BuzzFeed consulted with Dr. Adam Geyer to put together this challenge, so it's medically approved, people (also, the good Doctor is kind of a hottie, so you should check out that link FO SHO).
