At the start of The Devil Wears Prada, Andy didn't give a shit about fashion. She didn't even know what cerulean blue was.
But then, the ~makeover~ happened...
..and Gisele was like, "WTF!!"
And THEN we were given one of my personal favorite montages in movie history: the one where Andy wears a bunch of different chic outfits to show how she is changing.
It started with this green Jackie O. look:
Then with the passing of a taxi, it turned into this black jacket + orange hat look:
Then it morphed into this winter white look:
Then she enters the building in this power trench/ bun combo:
But when she gets upstairs, it's this shiny long brown jacket and dress look:
And then finally the montage ends with Andy wearing this statement necklace and long velvet coat:
