You haven't been sleeping well and that's cause you're doing waaay too much close to bed time. Tonight UNWIND. Turn off the phone, turn off the TV, drink some chamomile tea and get some gosh friggin' rest!

GET SOME F\*CKING SLEEP

You need to pet a dog (or cat) ASAP. If you don't have one that's OK, find someone who does, go to an animal shelter, MAKE IT HAPPEN. You'll be glad that you did.
